Chrome Instructions

Recent releases of Google Chrome are blocking the music .zip files at the end of the download, and marking them as suspicious. We have put all of our files through virus testing, and there is no issue or danger with our .zip files!  We are working with our software developer to resolve the issue.  Until then… 

If Chrome is your only browser, you can still purchase from the Boutique, but you will need to do ONE of the following things in order to successfully access your music.

1.  Once you have paid for your purchase, ignore the download link. We will be notified of your purchase and will send you an email that will allow you to access the music successfully.  OR 

2.  After you have paid for your purchase, you can click on the link to download the .zip file. Chrome will likely block the download at the end of the process.  If it does, you can click on the bottom right “view downloads” link and then recover the download.  You will have to use the “save anyway” option when it gives you a warning.  (Remember, these files have been scanned and are clean.) OR

3.  Before your purchase, you can change your Chrome settings and disable the “check for phishing and malware” option. If you do this, we recommend you re-enable that setting after your purchase. OR
